No negatives.
This hotel is new and clean with friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was constantly monitored so that food could be replenished.

Fan noise in bathroom that could not be turned off.

Only three drawers for two people. Chest of drawers was broken, room were very small.
I thought that this was very pricey for what the hotel delivered. We booked a Junior suite, that meant a 8X8 foot extra room with a small cabinet crammed with microwave, fridge and sink.
